Good questions

TV mounting FAQ

How much does TV mounting cost?

Price depends on TV size, wall type, and whether you want cables concealed. Tell us the TV size and send a photo of the wall, and we'll give you a fixed quote upfront — estimates are free.

Which Bay Area cities do you cover for TV mounting?

We mount TVs across San Francisco, the East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Emeryville), central Contra Costa (Walnut Creek, Concord), and down the Peninsula (San Mateo, Burlingame, Daly City, South San Francisco). See the city links above or just send your ZIP.

Can you mount a TV on plaster or brick walls?

Yes. Older Bay Area homes often have plaster-and-lath walls or brick fireplaces, and both need different anchors and technique than standard drywall. We locate solid framing, use the right hardware for the wall, and confirm the mount is rated for your TV's weight.

Do you hide the cables?

Yes — in-wall cable concealment where the wall allows it, or low-profile raceway painted to match when in-wall routing isn't possible (common with plaster, brick, and rental units).

Do I need to buy the mount, or do you bring one?

Either works. If you already have a mount, we'll install it. If not, tell us the TV size and whether you want fixed, tilting, or full-motion, and we'll bring the right one and include it in the quote.
